Maintenance, I.T. & Property management:
Contract Fees:
Basic: Low monthly fee (from €150 H.T. p/m/p/chalet) includes 2 call outs per chalet per month (1st hour only).
Standard: Modest monthly fee (from €300 H.T. p/m/p/chalet) includes 4 call outs p/c/p/m (1st hour only).
Advanced: A monthly fee (from €600 H.T p/m/p/chalet) includes 8 call outs p/c/p/m (1st hour only).
Comprehensive: Full monthly fee (starts at €1000 H.T. p/m/p/chalet with discounts available for multiple chalets). This includes unlimited phone support & almost unlimited labour (limits vary per contract) for a specified number of chalets which can be spread across many resorts (time limits include travel time).
Running Repairs services many chalets across the Alps & holds contracts with multiple Tour Operators for both Maintenance & IT.
What’s included?
Maintenance:
Included in comprehensive maintenance contracts are the full opening & closing of all chalet equipment including testing all devices, ensuring functionality of TV, internet etc plus the opening, closing & training on hot tubs/pools, season long maintenance of all chalet equipment including satellite systems, I.T. systems, tubs & pools etc.
Comprehensive contracts are competitively priced and often pay for themselves twice over. The comprehensive maintenance contract offers you the benefits of having a full time maintenance staff member but without all the complications that come with one. Property management:
Included in comprehensive management contracts are key holding, meter reading, basic general care completed (water, electricity turned on/off etc), the full opening & closing of all chalet equipment including testing all devices, ensuring functionality of TV, internet etc & opening, closing & training on hot tubs/pools, season long maintenance of all chalet equipment including satellite systems, IT systems, tubs & pools etc. Also included in the contract is the showing of property to prospective guests/renters/buyers etc, general maintenance, the organizing of specialist tradesmen & much more. I.T. & Broadband:
Included in comprehensive I.T. contracts are the full opening & closing of all chalet IT equipment including testing, servicing & updating of all devices, ensuring functionality & training for all staff on the chalet IT equipment, season long maintenance of all chalet IT equipment, general repairs to all/any devices & regular servicing & updating of all IT equipment.
